Hi everyone! Not much going on this summer, stitching wise. I have been so busy with the kids and doing family activities with them, that stitching was put on hold for now. I did pick it up today. I found out that today is World Cross Stitch day, and I had no idea lol.
I picked up Cascade and will be working on that for a bit. I am making good progress on that. I haven't touched my UFO that I have been working on for the UFO Sal in my group, need to pick that back up, since I have set a goal to have it finished by December!
I should have a longer post next time. Sorry I haven't been doing the greatest in keeping up with the blog. Will do better next time!

It has been a really long time since I posted on blog! Where to start lol!
Stitching update
Well I just recently started stitching again in the last month! I stopped back January-March because I was to a point that I was overwhelmed and depressed and was also beginning to wonder if even blogging or even updating my FlossTube channel was even worth my time. So I just stopped all of it. I even stopped going on Facebook. I felt like no one cared what I had to say. In my mindset that is how I felt. Finally the other day my kids told me that they didn't like seeing me like that and told me that that wasn't me. So I got myself together and started stitching again. I don't have any pictures on desktop, but will upload them and post them in next post!
Other news
MOther's day the kids bought me two floss cones and needle minders! I was thrilled, they also with the help of my parents bought me a brand new computer. Let me tell you I didn't see that coming at all lol! I told them that the next present that was coming is a lap stand for me. The one I have to use to stitch with is worthless and flimsy, but I will use it until I can get it.

Good morning! I need to be motivated!
I am sorry there are no pictures of stitching! I have really been slacking on blogging. But I am trying to get into a routine!
But anyhow! I have decided to participate in WIPocalypse sal 2018 which runs from Feb 9- 25. I have decided to do the Rotation Relay. I already rotate pieces so its not going to be a major problem! The pieces that I will be working on are on left hand side! I am hoping to make a major dent on some of them!

It's been a really bad week
Stitching update
Well my stitching has been going well considering lol. I have updated my pictures on right hand side of blog with this weeks progress on stitching. I am hoping that I can get A Colorful Past completed this year! I will be so excited. The others I know I won't get completed anytime soon lol. I do want to get one finished so that I can pick up my Cleopatra again. I miss working on her.
I love the colors in Amazing Animals! They are so bright and pretty. I am doing that one in tent stitch so it should go a little faster.
Other ramblings
I have been thinking of deleting my blog. Only because no one reads it. I feel like I am just talking to myself. No one is following me and it is kind of depressing. All the friends I have that have a stitching blog and I follow them and read theirs. Granted I don't always get to comment or what have you but when I do.
It has also gotten me thinking about how I am towards people who I am friends with. I feel like I am clingy and annoying. I used to chat with people all the time on Yahoo messenger or on Skype and now I get ignored or something. Maybe its me I don't know. I just try to not let it bother me. Sometimes its hard lol.
My daughter thinks I am crazy because I let these things bother me. I just feel like all the friendships I have had on yahoo or Aol are just gone and that its my fault or we just grew out of each other. Who knows lol.
Well I really need to get rid of my self pity huh. Well time to get off here and clean the house then stitch for a while then dinner and baths for school tomorrow. Have a great week!

Major update stitching and life
I finally am getting around to updating my blog! I keep telling myself that I will update it every week, but well never happens. I will try to now every week.
Stitching News
Well I am excited about getting more motivated stitching wise! I have a journal for my stitching and am in a bunch of SALS and challenges this year! I am hoping to finish something.
All my stitching progress pictures are on the right with progress bars under each.
Life update
There isn't really much going on around here. We are snowbound due to a blizzard but that is okay. Kids are glad there is no school! Of course they are driving me crazy! But that is ok lol.
I have been looking for Work from Home jobs, and kind of stopped, but am going to pick that back up. Want some extra income for stash and other things!
